I noticed on one server I was playing on I was able to recover almost all arrows I shot into a Z. About 75% of the time. Is there a mod out there or a change I can make to the xml file for this? Thanks.

Here you go, improved the odds of stone/iron to 0.70 from 0.50, steel to 0.9 from 0.7 and bolts from stone/iron/steel to 0.7,0.8,0.9 down from.. 0.05? Yikes.
