PC Really good POI's (buildings) to know about?

So... There's two POI's that come to mind.

Doggos - POI with dogs to helps farm Bone.

Paper Mill - Yet to see it, but apparently has large paper rolls that can be... Knifed? Wrenched? For large amounts of paper.

Anyone else know of any other great to know about POI's?

"Grace" POI. Tons of raw meat, animal fat and bone from the over a dozen pigs AND loads of Cement pallets just waiting for you to dig your shovel into. Before you are able to make your own Cement Mixer, this place is great for ready to use Cement in base construction.

Plus there are quite a few "Gore" blocks you can take a knife to and gather rotten flesh, nitrate and bone from.

I usually loot the below three POI's once, before day 7 if found:

The Paper Mill - I find using an axe on the paper rolls gets me about 2500 paper.

The "Oil" POI - Its says "Oil" on it, but you will be very happy you looted it anyway!

Water Works - Hit the "back door" if you feel you are falling behind, otherwise wait for a better Loot level.

Also doing the quests is a good way to keep from falling behind the power curve of the game.
