Raw Iron v. Scrap Iron

So apparently something is wrong with the forge LOL. If you smelt raw iron it gives you 1 unit of iron in the forge. And if you smelt scrap iron it gives you 1 unit of iron. If I recall didn't it used to be that raw iron gave you 5 and scrap gave you one? Any way I can fix this?

Well I tried that scrapping 128 raw iron and I only get 96 scrap iron. Well that sucks. LOL

That's really odd. Any mods?

Yeah a few but nothing major I'm not sure where to look to see if there's a mod that changes this. Would it be under blocks.xml or item.xml or some other place?

I figured it out it's a mod I have installed. I removed the mod and it seems to be back to normal.
