PC Ravenhearst 5.0 Salvaged lathe schematic not working

So we're trying to throw down a salvaged lathe to make the parts for guns but it says we dont know the recipe even though we have the schematic, all the mats, a high enough science level, and am at the workbench. Anyone know if theyres some trick to it or if its bugged?
