Random working vehicles spawning in the world?

Or is there already a mod for this?

I've been searching for an answer to this question for a while now, but can't find it.

I was thinking it should be very rare, and spawn with no more than 15% durability left.. and no gas.

Is this do-able?

Guppycur has a version for A17.4 that throws random spawned vehicles into the world , this is mod is being looked at in A18 by myself and guppy and needs adapting for A18 but there is another big vehicle mod in the works that will offer this as well (stay tuned).

Unfortunately random spawned vehicles will produce a vehicle that is 100% durable and has a full tank of gas at present, if we could make randoms it will be helpful.
