Step 1. Perform a clean install of your video drivers. It's under the advanced options.
Step 2. Disable the Win10 game options. In particular, the overlay and streaming.
Step 3. Buy a real GPU. I cannot imagine that you haven't had an issue with any game that was released in the past 3-5 years with that GPU. Unless that is, that you find FPS below 30 to be ok.
