Random intermittent crashing. 20min to hour between crashes. No common issue causing it that I can see Part 2

Second time I am posting about this. Last time the bios update and turning off steam overlay helped for a bit. Now it is still buggy.

I keep on getting this error. not sure if it is the cause but I tend to crash after it happens

I have verified files, updated bios, have done everything I can think of and followed all the rules. I am playing on a server but I cannot get server files atm. LMK if this data is inconclusive and I need to get the files somehow.

Also chrome sometimes will randomly crash. IDK if it is a bigger issue with my computer. May reinstall windows at this point. LMK if there is anything else I should do before I push the self destruct button

When you updated the bios, did you select the default Intel profile? Do so if you haven't. While you're checking that,
confirm that you have the 0x12B microcode. If not, do another bios update. Try turning off xmp if it's on.
Try running ram tests. Check your drive for errors. Check your event log for errors.

I would like to add that Intel themselves said once those processors crash due to the pre-bios fix can be permanently damaged and are offering no questions asked RMA (replacement), so I would look into that while there's still stock.
