Rally point gone?

Like the title says, in A20 the rally point marker, the big yellow thing is not to be found, it is on the HUD and all but 

there is nothing to interact with, also it's in the middle of the road and not att all by the ranch house 05!?

 
try digging down into the ground where the marker should be and see if its under the map. dont activate it while under the ground level or it might close you in.
