No. That's a business laptop. It's made basically for reading email, and running a few programs. It doesn't even have a video card.

 
That laptop is about 9 years old. If that's an upgrade for you, I'm curious what you're using now that is able to play the game.

 
In the product description click "See more product details", then look at at both "Processor", "RAM" and "Graphics Coprocessor". Anything <3.0Ghz quad core CPU, <16GB for RAM, or with an Intel Integrated Graphics for the latter, should be automatically disqualified, as it will likely run 7DtD poorly. See System Requirements - Windows Recommended.
