question: weighted head & structural brace compatibility

I cannot put weighted head on my fire axe while there is structural brace installed. How do I mod it, to make them compatible? Will it break anything?

 
Its the tags that control the placement on the base object. Download my salvaged bats mod and look at the xml. I made comments that should help.
