Question regarding 0_TFP_Harmony

I've seen plenty of people installing overhaul mods for 1.0 but they have been deleting the 0_TFP_Harmony folder.

So question is, are we modders allowed to included 0_TFP_Harmony folder bundled with our mods to help avoid this issue?

I don't see why not, but would lead to double loading if they have it already, although I don't think there are any complications with that happening.
