PC Question on the settings on the new garage roll up doors

Sorry about so many questions today.   But here is another.   First I LOVE the new garage doors.  So colorful and compact.  But can they be automated like the old Powered garage doors?

I seen there are some settings and such but cant make heads or tails of it.

The colored doors are not powered objects so they can't be automated with motion sensors and the like. Wouldn't surprise me if powered versions appear in the game, though.

The settings are just for locking the door and/or setting a passcode.
