Not sure if this would work for what I want to do since it would require someone walking on it. I go it to work for my Fire-Spikes using that. and that works perfectly for that.Buffswhenwalkedon property will do that and attach a fire buff
I'm going to give this a shot and see what happens.And probably not the correct way but this still works.

Well gave that a shot and it worked buuuuut, when applied to a vehicle it was way to small lolAnd probably not the correct way but this still works.
