I do realise it's in Polish. After a few days in game i realised that you cannot do the quest about gaining raw meat. (Sorry for friends screaming in background lol)
 
Reproduction Steps
Just kill animal and try to get raw meat. You won't be able to complete quest for some reason (Works both in single and multiplayer) no mods used.

It is a bug in the description. Only the title says that you need to do it with a bone knife. The description though talks about any knife and bladed tool (at least in the english version).
The game itself only rewards harvests with a bone knife. Tested it today to be sure.

Really surprised this isn't even on the bug list, it should have been reported ages ago.

It actually was reported long ago. Back when challenges were first added. They did some rewording back then, but it is still not as clear as it should be.
 
Hi there, thanks for taking the time to report this. I know exactly what you're talking about as I've also had it happen in the past. The good news is that this is being addressed and will be fixed in a future update! Thank you again!
