PVP Server - Being hacked - Does anyone know of a support forum or such?

So, been playing on NAPVP for 3 or so years, recently found out 3 of the most cuastic individuals are using esp hacks and such. So many of us grew tired, and called them out. the NAPVP admin closed down shop, and now the server we all moved to is being hacked, and of course we suspect these individuals. 

OF course could be other folks. So, questions:

1) Is there any tool or such we could use to assist in finding who and what hacks are being used?

2) Could i name names here, or i can't call the indivudals out?

There are server-manager utilities out there, such as https://www.csmm.app/
It adds a lot of abilities such as banning certain IP's, country banning, player tracking, inventory tracking, location tracking, global ban list (auto bans previously reported players from other servers when they try to access yours).
