Pull From Alloc API For Top Player Kills List On Server Website

Hi, Trying to pull from alloc's server fixes API in order to create a "top player" section on a website that auto updates. Any direction on how to retrieve player kills from all players on the server?

I know you can do stuff like ip:port/api/getlandclaims
