Adds "Psycho" human NPCs to the game.

All of them are in the Bandit faction.

Almost every character can wield all supported NPC weapons. The exception is the Male Psycho Brute. He does not wield:
  • Spear
  • Bat
  • M60
  • Pipe Pistol
  • Pistol
  • Desert Vulture
  • Hunting Rifle...
