My offering: you can get them from those large, fancy, gold-colored chandeliers you find in some POIs (usually mansion-style homes).

I think gas pumps are generally the best source from wrenching though.

You can also get them from ATMs (not worth it) and military boxes.

But Perception Mastery 2 + cars is the best source from wrenching
