[SIZE=14.6px]my friend is getting kicked out of the game constantly and cannot connect a lot of the time on ps5 multiplayer. She gets the message [/SIZE]

she is connected with wired lan with a 1gbps connection.
we have tried rebooting the internet. deleted her profile in the game. there is 3 of us that play on this and none of us get the error.
we have also tried network work around on and off. re installed the game and factory reset ps5 deleting game save and data.

everything else works on my ps5. I think the install file that the PlayStation server has is corrupt. Couldn’t be anything on my end. I’d really love to play the game but can’t even do that in offline mode.. so frustrating.
