PC PS5 Multyplayer problems

So I'm trying to play 7D2D with a friend on ps5 problem is I can only move so far in a certain radius. It looks like map not loading properly. My friend says my character is stuck in one spot and not where I should be. When I hit the triangle to open boxes or pick stuff up it doesn't work. I also tend to fall through map. I've already closed game multiple times restarted system and even deleted game and reinstalled wifi is good on both ends need help finding out what I'm doing wrong he has joined my map and played for a few minutes then his does same thing thanks

What you are describing is a network problem.  WiFi isn't a great option for gaming and if you can test it without WiFi, that would help you to verify if that's affecting your connection.  I don't know if console has the option in settings for Network Workaround, but if so, you can also test with that turned on for both of you (not just one of you) and see if it helps.

I've had the problem of the game not loading or it shows area not dug out even though it has been and if I go in that area I fall through the map. Also I've been falling through floors and buildings both prefab and player built. I've even glitched through a wall needless to say it did save my life cuz I was pinned.
