PS5 Game Crash & Lost Drone

Anyone know how to recover a drone after a game crash?  I can't deploy a new one, max drones deployed.  Drone is no where on the map, I've zoomed in as close as possible and scoured every area.  Nothing shows up on mini-map or compass. I'm at a loss...

 
After 3 days, and finally deciding to post here, I have located the drone.  It never showed on the map; however, while flying around between missions it popeed up and started following me.  No real root cause, but the issue is resolved.  Feel free to delete this post.
