PS5 Can’t invite friends and friends can’t join (game is online and public)

My partner and I have been playing on PS5, on a world on her console for weeks. Now all of a sudden her game does not show up in my friends game list and the button to invite friends when pausing the game is disabled on her end. I also couldn’t find the game within the public list when filtering her games custom settings.

Both of our applications are up to date, the game is set to online and public, checked out privacy settings within PlayStation. We’ve restarted the game and our PS5s multiple times to no avail.

Yeah, all we have is their status page, and even that isn't always current.
