PS5 and dedicated servers

I've never used a commercial dedicated server for a PS5 game, and hoping someone can answer a couple of questions.

1) Does commercial dedicated server improve performance when playing on PS5? Me and two friends play on PS5 now without dedicated server, and the game can be quit glitchy and crashes every so often. Especially true in big city areas of game. All of us have internet connections over 500mbps, so I don't think that's the problem. Only play in "performance mode", but would like to move up in quality without grinding to a halt.

2) Can you have more than one save game on the commercial dedicated server? I read you might be able to do this, but each save game would have to be in a different world map. Two of us play on a regular basis and we would like to have one game for us, and another for when our buddy gets a chance to join us.

1) yes absolutely it improves performance. I am on ps5 and run a dedicated linux server running it at the house.

2) you could run two instances but you will in effect be paying double as it is a second instance. You need 16gigs of memory and a 3.0ghz multi core processor to run things per server instance and that is at a minimum. So the answer is not really. Switching between settings will cause nothing but headaches. Just tweak settings and your buddy can have a simpler base n your main world.
