I’m new to this so bare with me. I’ve been playing this game the last year. Never had a problem until recently. I can’t go to my character icon, once I do, the game crashes. My character has been very hot, so I’ve been trying to take off the extra clothes to cool down, but the second I do I crash. I can’t change characters because the same thing happens. I don’t want to start a new game. I’ve been working on this one a long time.

Sounds like you need to start a new game though. Especially if there was an update that required a restart since you started that game.

Hi Trina,
I have heard of this happening to some players, can you tell me if you've tried clearing the cache of the console? (shutting down and unplugging for 5 mins before restarting) This might help prevent the overheating crashing.
When you say you've been working on this save for a long time, do you know what patch this save was made in? Have you the recent updates downloaded for the game?
