Problems with multiplayer 7days xbox gamepass pc

Hello, we have a problem with joining a friend's server, we do everything well and the server is not found, we also tried to join it via the xbox application and it actually connects to the server but after a while it crashes with these errors, we all have the game on the xbox pc platform

Try excluding the game and save folder from your security software. Instructions are in the Support FAQ thread.
Also, try the "Network Workaround" option in the General settings of the game.

i dont have any security only windows defender how can i add? and i trying this options
