I've had this problem before and for the life of me I can't remember how to fix it. Essentially I have my graphics setting as high as it can possibly go, yet many textures are as low as they can be. Here is an image for demonstration..
Don't get me wrong, the game is running brilliantly because it's using such low quality textures but in the video settings I have everything to either High or Ultra. Everywhere else, it's all high quality as you can see from the wallpaper and the paint peeling.
Any help would be appreciated.
