Problems with Dedicated Server but not with Private worlds.

Hello, my Problem is, i connect to a Dedicated Server and play max 10 min, then i cant hear anything, cant loot and i fall out of the world.
In Private Worlds i can play unlimited time and have no problems, a friend of mine have same issues but she can connect on dedicated servers but privat worlds she dont can join.
Anyone an idea how can i fix this?

 
Definitely network related, either on the server side or your side, look into those troubleshooting areas in that link ^
