That is what they install mobile processors on. Laptops and tablets.

Min spec is 2.8GHz on four cores. Yours is 2.1GHz with four cores. Sure it can boost up to 3.7GHz, but that is only on a single core, and is very limited in duration.

I will also note that the "Game Ready" driver you have installed is known to cause issues. Download the Studio driver, and never use Game Ready drivers at all.
