Prefabs not placing correctly in World Editor

I've noticed that while placing prefabs into a RGW, they lose their floor/base layer texture. For example, I pasted a Laundromat into a RGW and it lost the asphalt texture in the parking lot, as well as the tile floor in the store. The texture of whatever biome you're in shows in it's place (without vegetation though). Is anyone else experiencing this? I haven't had any issues until the Alpha 18 update.
