So where is the mods and prefabs that people are creating? The old forum had a category for it but cant find something then achive. Where you go to have your best prefabs and mods?

Click "Mods" on the menu bar.
Click on the "V" for Categories to reveal all of the categories.
Click on "POI Mods" to review all of the Mods in that category.
Note that many POIs are still found in external sources, such as NexusMods. The forums now support distributing/downloading mods, which is a change from before. There's a 50 MB limit for mods hosted on these forums and some modlets are too big.
