Possible Buff for Mining Helmets?

In A18, mining helmets are kinda naff, if you ask me. To my knowledge they cannot be found in loot, their main purpose has been made obsolete with the introduction of the helmet light mod (ace move there by the way), and because they provide no sort of buff to the player to my knowledge. While hardly original, I propose a couple of possible buffs that could be introduced to the mining helmet in a future alpha:

1. While equipped, the mining helmet reduces ________% damage from collapsing mines (Ex. 10%)

2. While equipped, the mining helmet increases the amount of ores you harvest by ________% (Ex. 5%)

Then all I suggest is maybe you could make it a part of the loot table? (For example, within Working Stiff Tool boxes.) Currently it's almost non-existent outside of the traders (for several thousand coin I might add, for a decent one), and I believe the only other method of obtaining one is through zombie loot.
