Portforwarding not working? (worked 'bout a week ago)

Hello!

Ive been running my own dedicated server for a few months now, but recently we had a couple days break and when i started the server it wouldnt connect (it froze during loading, every time on same spot for everyone), and i had to update the server, so that works now. But now instead, my friends need to connect via steam instead of ip, ive got UDP/TCP 26900-26903 open.

 
had similar issue with 7 days and factorio, though factorio was p2p even LAN wouldn't work. had to change port like Spectral said, changed 26903 to 26905 as well as redid my port forward and it worked like a charm. only problem is i have to do that every time i want to use a dedicated server for anything, so that issue is most likely on my end (firewall or something, i'd love to blame AVG but only because it's free)
