PC Pls help me figure out my game seed

Hi! Started playing on a server, really need to see what the map looks like, but have no idea what the seed is called. Is there any way of finding it out if you are not an admin?

 
I don't know if the lobby changed from a16, but just before you actually click Connect in the lobby, after selecting the server, the data should be on the right side, including the seed name and other settings.

 
Just ask the host what the game seed is.

Not everyone wants all players to know the whole map beforehand. ;)

 
Yeah, i believe it has changed. There is a name to the right, but i dont think its an actual seed name and its not generating the same map
