PC Please help! Can't load profile so can't play

I just got internet installed today so I could play 7dtd and live stream it from the xbox one x and it gives me an error when trying to sync my account that says: an error occurred while loading you're profile settings. Would you like to retry? Ive hit yes a ton and same msg. It won't let me go past that so I can't even play the game... whaaaat do I do??

Try resetting your Xbox while keeping "My Games & Apps", then add your account back to the Xbox, try that and let me know if it fixes the problem.
