A few years ago I bought the PS4 version which was discontinued and recently they re-released the game in a new version for PlayStation 5, I would like to know if it would be possible to get a game key for Steam?
 
Pretty sure you'll have to buy the game again. Because the legacy version (PS4) was sold by TTG, I had to buy the new version, which I was happy to do.

The old version wasn't sold by TFP, so you have to buy the new version.

Btw, you are in the mods forum.
 
Do the forums looks different for other people than they do for me or something? Why have there been so many posts in this area lately that have nothing to do with modding?

When I bought my PS4 (legacy) it was/ still is showing TTG within the game. And that is weird, earlier when I came home for lunch and replied, I'm completely certain that this post was in the game support section lol maybe it had already been too long of a day for me by then.

I'm confused. The legacy version was from Telltale Games. So it isn't surprising that it shows that. Just because they are no longer around doesn't mean you couldn't but the old version... At least until it was taken down for the new version.
 
I took this screenshot from ebay, on disc version it shows both TFP and TTG on it, but on the digital version (like mine) it just shows TTG if I remember correctly.

Why wouldn't it show Telltale Games, though?

Anyhow the post you quoted was my response to the OP that TFP didn't sell the legacy console version and so they'd have to buy it from TFP now if they want the new version. Maybe you thought I replied to you? Or misread it when I said TFP didn't sell it and thought I said TTG? Either way, whether or not TFP or TTG or both are listed on the legacy version doesn't really matter since the new version has to be purchased from TFP. :)
