Placing zombies in POIs

Is there a way to force a specific zombie to spawn at a specific POI?

I am interested in having a Zombie Farmer spawn at the Barn, and a Zombie Farmer spawn at the Large Corn Field. Only seems logical right?

Anyone know how to do this?
