How long does ping perfect take to setup a new instance? I got a fairly standard server and it’s been over 6 hours.

They set mine up instantly. Like in minutes. Maybe they were having some issue. I have been happy with them so far.

Mine was within 5 minutes. so send in a ticket. I've been super happy with their service. i tried 2 other companies before them.
