Hello,
It looks like an update on the AP ammo was missed when perkPenetrator was expanded to 5 levels. AP ammo currently gains a bonus for each perk point applied up to level 4 but there is no entry for level 5 so the armor penetration drops off. In the items.xml file I believe all AP ammo needs the perkPenetrator effect group updated. The final requirement should have the 'operation' attribute changed from 'Equals' to 'GTE'
