Perk set: Field Fortifications

There could be a set of perk books for simple traps and construction.

• Recipe: Rattle alarms (tin cans on a string), makes noise when anything walks through 
  
  
  Players running into these should benefit from Urban Combat 3
  

[*]Recipe: Entrenching Tool - a steel-tier multipurpose hand tool. 

• 
  
  Should probably be balanced to be slightly weaker than single-purpose steel tools, and if it's usable as a construction tool (claw hammer equivalent) that would make it unusable for power attacks
  
• The tool could also be found as possible loot in military trucks/containers
  

[*]Recipe: Sandbag, alternate formula using soil

[*]Recipe: Iron spike trap, alternate formula using short iron pipes

[*]Simple traps and sandbags have a small amount of damage resistance while you are nearby; or alternately, an extra chunk of max HP when placed/repaired by you

[*]Consume fewer resources when repairing blocks

[*](Possible set bonus) Crafting/upgrade cost of all building blocks, simple traps, and doors reduced

[*](Possible set bonus) Recipe: Scrap metal building blocks

  These would be in between cobblestone and concrete in strength, upgrade to concrete, but not be in the regular upgrade progression for blocks
