Perk rework too apply more freedom of choice rather then just straight line rpg elements

- Perception: points leveled increase looting speed, highlights stronger more deadly targets, increase damage to weak spots, increase loot stage
- Strength: increase shere melee damage, block damage, and less weight in terms of carrying and armor.
- Fortitude: increase toughness, survival, and your body by increasing your max health and hardness, decreases chance of effects and gain health in return
- Agility: increase your max stamina, movement speed, attack speed, reload speed, stealth, stealth loot bonus, and stealth bonus. Able to open doors without altering. Etc
- Intellect: increase crafting speed, effectiveness and quality, increase your medical, crafting and trading skills and being about too get more experience from your day to day activities along with bonuses with some gear of Mechanical nature.
- Weapon/tools skill tree: master any weapon for any build you chose, every single weapon type in one tree but masterys for other bonus with other weapons are in some other skill trees, like long shot and head shot bonus with snipers, DPS bonus with ARs. But for true extra damage and other small bonus. Go for the weapon skill tree
- Survival/general : survival skills are things too help aid you, living off the Land from both plants and animals cooking, armor, lock picking, and others as well such as weather resistance and storm protections. Along with extra harvest of resources
- Skill points: get better gear and learn over time. For every few levels you get about 5 skill points. This allows you to invest into skills too ether unlock stuff with high levels/quality. Or for little perks that you can learn how to do but are nice to have. Magazines are worth much more but only allow you too level up with the specific book. Or you can use it for learned skills.
- Learned skills are basicly skills you get for mile stones you do. Say you travel 5 kilometers. Congratulations now you use 2.5% less stamina while running and it goes up until you reach the cap
- Mine a set number of stone and ore? Congratulations mining harvest, stamina and damage are increase by 2.5%
- Kill zombies with set weapon? Now it's increase in damage, less durability etc
