I think I've found a couple bugs in the 1.0 console version, specifically with the perk books, and I'm curious if anyone is noticing anything similar. I've completed the Urban Combat series and I still get the damage penalty with silencers, and I've also read the Bar Brawling vol. 5 and do not receive any healing from punching. The sneaking over trash not making a sound works for sure, so I know some of the perk books work. Has anyone else noticed perk books not working correctly?
