PC vs. Controller

I don't know why but I have been playing this game a few weeks and now when I get into the game...it wants to use a controller. I have always used a Mouse and keyboard. How do you change it back?

 
Unplug your controller.

I get this all the time when I forget and leave my game controller plugged into the PC.
