PC Party Exp for Electrical Trap Kills

Playing with my brother I'm currently the builder of the team while he's the scavenger/looter we've created a horde base with blade traps, darts, turrets etc. Im the only one getting xp for electrical trap kills. Now we did a little testing he even perked into advanced engineering lvl 5 if he placed the traps he gets the xp if I placed them I get the xp.

Is there a way to share xp for electrical trap kills? by console command or by editing some xml file? Atm I'm 30 levels ahead of him cause during horde nights I get the majority of the xp for trap kills.

I really wish it shared trap xp with party members if someone has the appropriate points to get xp from kills. I'm also interested if anyone knows a mod or methodology to enable functionality like this.

Yeah this seems odd. I feel like I shouldn't get those skills just to avoid a disparity.

I'll look at the XML's this weekend and see if I can figure it out. I'm tweaking another user's modlet for our server and that sounds like something I want to incorporate.

It'd be nice. Personally I think shared XP needs to be toned down. Right now it feels like everyone gets like 60 % ? or something of the XP, so it's hardly shared, it's everyone getting a high percentage of it

Maybe divide by #/party and give each +25 % or something to make it worthwhile.
