Unzip the file and place the files into the 7 Days to Die Local Prefab folder;
C:/Users/<USERNAME>/AppData/Roaming/7DaysToDie/LocalPrefabs
Open World Editor
Search "MegaMall" and place where desired.

Feedback on Sleeper Volumes or Issues would be appreciated so I can fix those as soon as possible. Some Cosmetic elements of the prefab are a work in progress and these will be updated.
