Отключение багажника у транспорта

Всем привет! Кто то уже писал мод на то, что бы отключить багажные отделения у транспорта? Может есть у кого актуальный мод под 1.3 ? Еслть файловая система с мода от 21А но он на столько не правильный сейчас, а как сделать новый не понимаю...
