Ostrich Hotel Collapse on Quest Start

Pretty much what it says on the tin, lvl 5 clear, when I start the quest you can hear blocks breaking and once at the top the middle of the building has been hollowed out. When trying to capture the video, my game crashed twice, I ended up loading/restarting the quest 6 times to get the whole thing, it loaded normally twice, the building collapsed 4 times.

I believe this relates to a known issue on stability with POI resets and may have been fixed in recent updates do you have any steps to reproduce? I've tried to reproduce this and cannot.
