Помогите, пожалуйста, что делать

Иногда такое бывает время от времени. 
Через несколько часов проблема решилась?

У меня такая же проблема уже второй день или третий даже

You can try to edit the "platform.cfg" file by excluding some platforms. That's how it works for me.

Build-in translators work fine so either way really. 

EOS has indeed been having issues with servers, RU included (and that general area of the world). Last I checked they said today was a server fix day, so hopefully tomorrow it will be resolved. 

 
For the avoidance of doubt, players of all languages and backgrounds can use the forum. If you can’t understand a non-English post, you may use translation software. Users posting in poor English or non-English may be ignored, but not harangued.

This is moderation policy and not open to public discussion.
