Good morning all
Sorry if some words seem weird to you but I use a translator
I come to you because I have been struggling for weeks, yes, weeks....
at first I had trouble implementing Zs in my buildings, but by watching videos and the forum I managed to make Zs appear and configure them
Now I have another big problem, I can't get a quest building to work on my server.
When I go into the game in the creation part, I set up the quest, for example to find the bag or kill the Zs, once the quest is over I go to the merchant and I have my reward.
Where the problems start is when I place the building on a map, 1 the merchant never offers me to do the quest, which is in 'tiers1'.
2 when I go in front of the building without having been to find the merchant I don't have the quest either
My prefab is however in the directory
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Prefabs\POIs"
I also tested in the directory
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Prefabs"
I also tested by creating a new map in the hope that the game will implement my prefab in the new map but it does not.
I attach my building to this message, if you test in 'level/prefab editor' you will see that the quest works.
The prefab is ugly, but it's just to test that the Z appear well and especially the completion of a quest works well.
So to sum it all up:
How to make the prefab propose the quest?. the best is that the building offers the quest directly without going through the merchant
