One last meter request

There is already so much in game content now, but if I could have a dream granted
it would be the inclusion of an optional bar. Decibel meter. For many it would be
why, you have all of the other events monitored.

Part of it is selfish, players could use it to adjust actions and activities, another is to be used as a

tool for modders, and third as a tool for fine tuning for TFP. Stealth is an important base stat used

in the game now. Before it was more a run and gun setup. It has evolved to be more detailed,

environmentally, interactively.

The use for it is to gauge how to more accurately make sound interact with the environment, and
the environment with sound. Here are a few examples, When crouching you break a door in a house
with sleepers. You are in stealth but the door should still make a specific level of sound. A player,
modder and Dev, can use the visual representation to prep for attack, adjust variable sensitivity
in xml, or design an event that is more accurately interactive.

When you crouch and break a block, The sound goes down but you still do the same amount of point
damage. Either the animation and points should drastically lower to match, or the sound should not

lower.

Visually it would be easier to set up intrusive events from looky loos outside, if within a
specific range. Basically a CVAR could accurately be fine tuned, that would accurately vary per
instance. So it wouldn't be a one off or all inclusive, it would depend on whats happening in and out of the POI.

One street walker hears and investigates, his or her banging should draw more, and potentially
wake some of the sleepers in that section of the POI.

Walk run, on variable materials, could be fine tuned to cause reactions over distance, not an all in or out
type scenario, but an interactive and progressive reaction.

Fire arms could be adjusted to draw more interest. No just by making them louder but making it draw the attention

depending on distance.
