Ive seen people say that when you name your new game...its actually the seed your putting in. Is this true or are Random gen world actually random and we have no way of inputting a seed?

Was actually thinking about playing the legacy version today while waiting for v2.3 Stable to drop.

Speaking of seeds, have to admit, I really miss the old way of farming with a hoe and fertilizer. Those were the days.

You and me both, I personally liked the old way, it was way better I think.

They have simplified a lot of the games systems and sadly some of that will come at the expense of someone's joy. While I don't care much for farming there are other examples of it happening such as the temperature changes in A17. It's a sad trend.

Have to agree. There were temperature based mods in the vanilla game that were never utilized then removed. I remember selling them to the trader every time I found them. Just glad that temperature will return at some point.

The only upside to the new farming mechanics is that we don't have to fertilize and water plots lol
